Recruitment
Good employment practices start with good recruitment and selection practices. We attempt to make sure that the best people are selected in as objective manner as possible. Standard / validated written aptitude and technical tests are administered to eligible candidates. We ensure that selection takes place only when a candidate has been evaluated and seen by at least two departmental heads from technical and aptitude/ attitude points of view.

| Requirements: |
| You will need to have at least 2 years experience as a web designer, and have an impressive portfolio of previous design work. A high standard of English and Mathematics. Art or Design qualifications will also be an advantage. |
